ONE PIECE CARRIAGE CLOCK
An important one piece carriage clock by Leroy with alarm and repeat mechanism.  The gilded case is finely chased with floral motifs and has repeat button, full size top glass and swing handle.  The enamel dial has Roman numerals and subsidiary alarm dial and is signed Leroy a Paris.  the movement has the original 7 jewel level platform escapement with engraved balance cock..  The rack strike with starwheel sounds the hours and half hours on a bell with hour repeat facility.  Height 12.7cms.
