ROSEWOOD BRACKET CLOCK
A most attractive clock in a rosewood case with inlays of brass and mother of pearl depicting fruits, flowers, birds, shells and an elfin face with matching rosewood bracket.  The enamel dial is framed by a gilt/brass bezel cast with fruit motifs.  The 8 day French movement has an anchor escapement with silk suspension.  The countwheel strike sounds hours and half  hours on a bell.  Overall height including bracket 47cms.  Height of clock only 33cms.
